What we collect

When you sign up for a comedy event through ComicManager, or create a comedian or host account, we may collect:

• Stage name and real name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Instagram or other social handle
• Signup preferences (set length, clean comedy availability)
• Notes submitted to the event host
• Event history, including past signups and host ratings

How we use it

• To manage your signup and position in a live comedy show lineup
• To allow event hosts to communicate with performers
• To build a performer history that helps hosts run better shows
• To send you transactional communications related to your account

Sharing with hosts

When you sign up for a public comedy event, your information — including stage name, set preferences, and any notes you provide — is shared with the event host to manage the lineup. Host-private notes and ratings are never shared with you or other performers.

Data retention

Your signup records are retained for the duration of the event and may be kept by the host for show history purposes. You may request deletion of your records by contacting the event host directly.

Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data. Access to performer records is limited to the authenticated host who created the event. We do not sell your data.
