Host Ops v2 Pilot Test Checklist

Run all 15 scenarios with a genuine non-admin host. The production mobile gate requires a physical phone; simulated viewports are additional layout checks, not a substitute.

Test at these viewports

Physical iPhone + Safari OR Android phone + Chrome (required for mobile gate)

iPhone SE (375×667) simulated narrow viewport

Android medium (360×800) simulated narrow viewport

Desktop (1440×900)

Slow/offline: Chrome DevTools → Network → Slow 3G, then Offline

1. Non-admin host lands in the Command Center

2. First-time host completes profile setup

3. Host creates the first show with the short form

4. Host shares the signup link or QR

5. Performer submits successfully

6. Duplicate prevention and waitlist work

7. Host booking pipeline confirms a performer

8. Show-Day call sheet works

9. Live lineup updates and ordering work

10. Timer survives a reload

11. Host records performance outcomes

12. Host closes the show

13. Host saves the post-show report

14. Pilot instrumentation records the real workflow

15. Unauthorized and cross-host access are denied
